As some of you may know last year I was one of 8,000 photographers that took part in Scott Kelby's 1st Annual Worldwide Photowalk. this event took place simultaneously on the same day
47 Countries had participating cities
44 States in the US had PhotoWalks
We had a total of 236 cities worldwide
More than 1,017,125 photos were taken on walks that day

Well guess what?????? (I'm so excited!!). The time has come for the 2nd annual event. It will take place on Saturday July 18th. On that day photographers from around the world will walk thru their city and take pictures randomly. Last year I attended the Michigan Avenue walk and let me tell you, it was so much fun! But that's not even the best part. Ready?....
I have been selected to lead a Photowalk!!! That's right....me!!!!! Whooooo-hooooooo!!!!
My photowalk will take place at the Chicago Botanic Gardens, but get this...there's only room for 50 people to come with.
To sign up go to the link at the left of this blog and sign up. This is gonna be bigger than last year baby...yeeaaaaaahhhh!!!!
Update!!! As a photowalk leader I also get to choose the best photo of the day from among my group and that photographer will also receive a free copy of the book. Here is the book:
